Custom Orders & Timelines

Custom pieces are very welcome.  Please note that made-to-order work requires time and intention, typically 4 to 8 weeks, depending on the complexity of the piece and current workload. Expected timeframes will be communicated to you before confirming your order.

Each piece is created by hand in my studio with care, intention, and love using a range of techniques including hand-building, wheel-throwing and carving. This means every object carries its own subtle variations in form, texture, and finish. These are not flaws, but signatures of the process.. marks of my hands and the raw beauty of natural materials.

Please note that all measurements are approximate, and glazes or finishes may vary slightly from what is shown in photographs. I do my best to make it as close as possible to the image however this is the nature of ceramic work and each piece is unique.

If you have questions before purchasing, we are always happy to help. Please reach out… we do our best to match the care in service with the care I bring to the work itself.

A 50% deposit is required to commence all commission and installation work, with the remaining 50% due on the day of completion. All prices include installation fees unless otherwise specified.

 

Privacy & Security

Your trust matters. Any details you share with me — like your name, email, or phone number — are used only to respond to you, fulfill your orders, or send updates you’ve asked for. I don’t sell, rent, or pass your information to anyone else.

I work with trusted services for payments, email, and website hosting, and they follow strict privacy and security standards. Your information stays protected and is never used for spam.

​

Like most websites, mine may use small cookies to make sure everything works smoothly and to understand how the site is used. They don’t store personal information, and you can turn them off in your browser at any time.

If you ever want to stop hearing from me or have your details removed, just let me know and it will be done.

 

 

Changes & Cancellations

Once the deposit is paid and work has begun, significant design changes may not be possible. Minor adjustments can be discussed, but additional charges may apply depending on the nature and stage of the project.

Custom orders are non-refundable. If you need to cancel your order before production begins, your deposit may be partially refunded at my discretion, less any planning or material costs already incurred. After production has started, deposits are non-refundable.

Open and honest communication is always welcome—please reach out if something arises, and I’ll always do my best to work with you.

 

Shipping Information
  • Domestic shipping: Orders of in-stock items ship within 3 business days. Custom pieces may take longer, and you’ll be notified of expected ship dates. A tracking number will be provided once shipped and a receipt will be issued with your purchase.

 

  • We generally use DHL as they have proven to be the most reliable and careful with fragile items. If you prefer other courier options please let us know. You are also welcome to provide and organise a collection through your own preferred courier service. Bulk and multiple item orders- contact us to work out the most cost-effective shipping and packaging.
     

  • International shipping: Contact us via email or WhatsApp for a quote. Please be aware that customs delays, import duties, local taxes and insurance are the responsibility of the buyer. DHL is our preferred courier for International deliveries to ensure the safe arrival of your purchases.
     

 

Returns / Exchanges

 

We take great care in wrapping and packaging your fragile purchases however once an item leaves the studio, its journey is in the hands of the courier services. In the unfortunate event an item arrives broken please contact us immediately with photos of the condition of the packaging and contents, we will be happy to send you a replacement. We cannot be responsible for missing or stolen packages. Please check that your delivery information is correct and follow the tracking number provided.

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase we offer an exchange or credit once the item has been returned. It must be in original condition and within 14 days. Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility.

As is the nature of handmade items, sometimes they appear slightly different to the images provided. We try to represent the items as best as possible including approximate measurements. Please contact us if you’d like more images and detailed specifications prior to purchasing. We are always happy to work with you to meet your needs.
